Monument Capital Management was founded by Alex Rodriguez and Ramon Corona. The two leveraged their particular skills and expertise to create Monument more than 15 years ago, and together built a team of unmatched professionals whose efforts have created significant returns and value for the investors the organization serves.

He is also an Emmy Award-winning MLB analyst for Fox Sports, has been an investor on ABC’s Shark Tank, and cohosts the video series The Deal with Bloomberg Originals’ chief correspondent Jason Kelly, interviewing CEOs, entrepreneurs, and sports legends.

Ramon “Ray” Corona was a founding partner of HealthSun Health Plans, a Medicare Managed Care Organization, and Wellmax Medical Centers both located in South Florida. He was also a founder of EasyScripts, a pharmacy created to service the members of Health Plans. Parallel to his corporate business enterprises, he has been an active real estate investor and developer. Corona has acted as the Key Principal for all of Monument’s agency loans and has contributed to the development of Monument’s Fund and Joint Venture platforms.

Erin Knight
Erin Knight brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services arena, having served as a senior executive with a number of major organizations, among them SouthTrust (now Wells Fargo), Regions Bank, and Stonegate Bank (now Centennial Bank), where she served as Market President. Knight is on the Board of Directors of publicly traded Amerant Bank, was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Board of Governors, and serves on numerous other boards and organizations.

Joseph Ianoale
Joe joined Monument in 2025 as the Chief Investment Officer. He brings extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, and executing at both property and fund levels. He joins Monument from Mast Capital where he led acquisition and asset management efforts for their multifamily portfolio. Prior to Mast, Joe led coverage across multiple markets for LEM Capital closing over $500 million of multifamily value-add assets. Joe started his career in infrastructure investment banking, executing public/private market debt solutions and derivative transactions for large governments, transportation, and higher education issuers.

Jackson Harper
Jackson Harper has been a part of Monument since its onset, and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. He oversees the investment performance of the company’s assets and advises on financing, acquisition, disposition, and capital improvements. Prior to Monument, Harper served as head of Commercial Real Estate Finance at Gibraltar Private Bank and Trust.

Roy Reese
Roy Reese is responsible for originating, researching, underwriting, acquiring, financing, managing, and disposing of the firm’s portfolio of properties. He is also responsible for developing a business plan and asset management strategy for each property. Reese previously served as an investment and development analyst for Terranova Corporation and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing, lending, and management.

Ginny Decker
Ginny Decker is a seasoned real estate management professional and serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Monument. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked with portfolios across the Southeast U.S. She oversees property operations and ensures the effective execution of asset business plans. Ginny has been instrumental in improving profitability across nearly 100 communities. Prior to Monument, she held leadership roles at Equity Residential and Empirian Property Management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and has been active in the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando, serving as Legislative Committee Chair and Director.
